Job Opening Details:

Location - Pensacola, Florida strongly preferred

The Advertising Operations Coordinator reports to the Ad Ops Manager and works closely with our Business Development, Account Management, Digital Marketing, and Multimedia teams to provide outstanding customer experiences and deliver in full on contractual commitments.  The position is an entry level role based in Pensacola, FL, and is responsible for the day to day management of advertiser reporting and contract entry.  The ideal candidate will bring experience with MS excel, exceptional organizational and project management skills, and an understanding of digital media operations and reporting.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain centralized repository of vendor reporting logins.
  • Weekly ingestion of delivery metrics from all first, third, and fourth party data sources.
  • Standardization of reporting formats to aggregate and scale capabilities.
  • Distribution of weekly advertiser pacing reports to internal partners, providing recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Troubleshooting Issues related to campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain centralized repository of advertiser contracts.
  • Providing inventory availability, collaborating with internal partners to ensure effective display product sell-through.
  • Recommending/Implementing product enhancements for improvements that meet internal/external viewability thresholds.
  • Recommending process efficiencies with enhancements to internal workflow.

This position requires self-motivation, high problem solving and strategic thinking, enthusiasm, flexibility, leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. This role also requires an analytical and logical thinker with the conviction to meet problems head-on and solve them creatively, accurately, and quickly. 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
  • Pensacola, FL location at headquarters.
  • Experience in gathering reports from different sources.
  • Experience in data entry with meticulous detail.
  • Experience interacting with customers, prospects, agencies, analysts and staff in high profile, business critical situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Proactive, with incredible attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear documentation on all aspects of ad operations.
  • Enjoy an ever-changing landscape with optimism and positivity.
  • Hands on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP) as well as with third party ad servers (DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking, etc.) and ad-verification vendors (Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, MOAT, etc.) helpful.
  • Experience with G Suite a plus.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
